After obtaining his CPA while employed by Deloitte & Touche in New York, Tom began his career as a financial executive in the music industry at PolyGram in the late 1970’s. During the years that followed Tom held positions as VP of Finance and/or CFO for newly formed divisions of such notable major and independent record companies as Warner, Sony and Rough Trade and as CFO for some of the world’s most successful music publishing companies including Chappell Music, Zomba and BMG. Tom currently serves as CEO of KMA Business Advisors, a consulting firm serving small and medium size businesses bringing his extensive financial, operational and technical experience to businesses that desire growth in sales and profitability.
